An Okay Stay
great location cute staff dusty floor mold
The location are great, about a 10-minute walk to the main train station. The staff at reception were cute making check-in smooth.
I find some problems. The floor are dusty. Visible mold occur on the shower curtain and the shower area.

some issues noted
dirty kettle cash payment
the room was not up to par , i was quite disappointed with the dirty kettle. it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. additionally , the hotel staff didn't seem very accommodating when i asked about paying the tourist tax with a card , they really wanted cash. it felt inconvenient and a bit outdated.

my family stayed in a comfortable room. the breakfast offered many choices. the location was near the train station, very helpful.
the small window in the room was slightly disappointing.

quiet location friendly staff good breakfast
i found the hotel near the train station. it was a quiet location, about a 25-minute walk to the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, a definite plus. i enjoyed a good breakfast .
The bathroom design was not ideal. There was limited space around the toilet.

The staff was helpful! The room was big, clean, and it had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. tea, coffee and hot chocolate were available from 07:00 till 22:00 in the dining area. A guest lounge was available too.

short shower curtain slippery floor
i found the shower setup in the superior double room bathtub quite annoying. the shower curtain was too short. this resulted in water splashing all over the bathroom floor after each shower. the floor became slippery and it was just generally inconvenient. plus, the lack of a proper door. this was not a relaxing experience.
